Roselyn Borg

Dr. Borg is a dual qualified lawyer specialising in employment law. She has over 15 years’ experience working locally and overseas. She has developed and delivered training programmes and has advised a number of employers on various employment law issues. She also represents clients at the Employment Tribunal. She graduated at the University of Malta and then pursued her studies in the UK. where in 2009 she also set up a boutique employment law practice until she sold it. In 2012 she moved back to Malta and set up 21 law, also a practice specialising in employment law.

Patrick Farrugia

Patrick obtained his Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2018 from the University of Malta, with his dissertation entitled "The Concept of Human Dignity in Maltese Human Rights Jurisprudence", and subsequently obtained his Master of Advocacy in 2019. Following 2 years of internship experiences in the corporate law field, Patrick joined 21 Law in early 2019, specialising in the field of employment law, and has developed a keen interest in the subject. He mainly deals with Industrial Tribunal cases and other related employment law matters, together with issues on data protection legislation. Patrick has also become involved in training and workshops at 21 Academy.
Patrick has also been serving as Financial Officer, Vice-President and President of the organising committee of the MaltMUN international conference since 2016, whilst also having served as Public Relations Officer of the Junior Chamber of Advocates between 2018 and 2019.​
